Summary
Until this release, changing your organisation's friendly URL meant raising a support ticket. Every rebrand, merger, or naming correction routed through the support team. SoftCos now have a self-service button in the Admin app: click it, preview the new URL, and submit. No ticket, no waiting. Lucian showed the button live on a production organisation — and deliberately stopped short of submitting, since the whole team is using it.
