Summary
Landing in pre-prod this week: spaces can finally have their own custom icon. Pick from a visual icon picker when creating a personal or shared space — duplicated spaces inherit the icon too. Admins managing multiple shared spaces can brand each one by function at a glance. It also unlocks a specific use case: teams building suite-style experiences in Spaces can now match the icon to the app. Ships to production next week.

Okay, thank you. Right, so you'll have the button in here. You just click on the button and we're going to show you on a production organization.
So that auto change the name. Hitting next, you'll see a preview. And if I would submit this, basically you would have a new friendly URL for yourself.
Not going to do that because all of us are using it in a core platform, so don't want to change that at the moment. Right, and on to the last demo that I have, which is the one that I'm most excited about. So spaces have finally got visual identity, both personal and shared.
Until now, every space looked identical. Users with multiple personal spaces, admins managing five or six shared spaces, had no quick way to tell them apart. The biggest pain sits at admin level.
You can't brand a shared space by function so the people consuming them can't recognise finance from HR or from operations by just looking at the tabs. There's also a specific use case this unblocks. When teams use spaces to build suite style experiences, the default folder icon doesn't fit at all.
App publisher already had icon support, so spaces needed parity. And I'm going to hand over to Diana to quickly show you what this is all about.

Thank you. I'll try to keep it short, but here we have the icon picker that Lucian was talking about. So basically, when I create a personal space, I can click on this button and I will see different icons. was so I can choose a star if I want.
And I can add a new personal space with this icon. I can also duplicate this and I will also have the icon that I chose. All these changes will be reflected in spaces.
So if I'm looking here, I will have the star. and a copy of the star. And we also have in spaces the possibility to add a space with a different icon than the usual that we have until now. So I can add from here a rocket.
And if I will open it, it will be here. Also for the shared spaces, because I think this is what Jen was excited for, I can go here and I can add a draught space. Shared star, for example, and I can set here the icon for it.
I can add this and publish it. Okay, and then if I call back, it's, I think one of these because I don't remember which one is it, but it's here. And we can also edit the. icon.
So for example, if I go back here, I click on edit, I go to change icon and I choose the book. I will publish it. OK, let's go back to C.
And it's here the book that I selected and also this will be reflected in the spaces. So the shared star now it's a book. And that's all.

So I think one last thing to mention on this one, it's this is on pre-prod now and it will ship next week on button when we're going to do it, button release.
