Summary
A fully functional Members panel is coming to the Access mobile app. Scroll through your organisation's users, assign managers and reportees, manage tags, change roles, and update email or display name — all from your phone. The same panel is also being added as a desktop quick panel, so admins get the same control without switching context. The prototype was built in Evo Builder then handed to engineers to productionise.

Good morning, everyone. I'll try to keep it short. Lucian was saying he's eager to demo.
So what you see here is my personal phone, and I will go directly into the Access app where I was nice enough to add the members as a quick panel. So as you can see here, we have all the members that are part of the Raven organization, you can do a lot of things like look into the members, assign a manager if you're admin, of course, like I have Anna here, I can put literally anyone as a test account or someone that is active like. Adrian, I can confirm, save, and there you go.
I'm reporting now to Adrian. You can also do things like assign reportees. I had some test accounts here, just add, simple as that, you add it there.
You can manage tags, same story. As in the text from my settings, you can do changes here, you can do all sorts of things directly from the UI. Other things that we added here are manage roles, manage features.
So I can assign myself roles in any of the products that I have available. I have 1 million products here, so I will not go through each of it. We can also change the e-mail address if we want to do this.
I will not do because I will block myself out of this and I don't want to do this for now. You can change your name the same way we do in the user settings. You can put... something different here and you hit save and it does the job.
And yeah, you can see the organisation chart. Those are the users that don't really have a name on their list because they have been invited, but they didn't join the organization. And yeah, something else that I wanted to share you is the fact that because we thought of this with mobile in mind, when you move to desktop, we added in as a quick panel as well here.
So same functionality that we have on mobile, we have it here with all the items and all the features that we have available on the mobile as well. And one thing that I think I didn't show you, the fact that you can philtre a little bit. So using this simple filter, you can see added people, you can see deactivated users, and you can see if the e-mail has been sent or not sent.
