Summary

Kanban is now live in production for all users in the main Access organisation. Drag and drop got a quality-of-life upgrade — cards can be dragged from anywhere on the card, not just a handle in the corner. Task descriptions and comments now support rich text formatting and clickable links. Paste a URL, highlight text and attach one, or use the link button. Clean, intuitive, and ready to use now.

functionality bugs and addressing any infrastructure issues. But in addition to that, we have also introduced some UI improvements that I would like to show today. So the first one is an improved drag and drop experience, because tasks now can be dragged from anywhere on the card, so the drag handle from the top right corner Has been removed.

So now it's easier for the users to reorder their cards. And the second thing that we have included is a rich text support in task descriptions and task commands. This includes text formatting and also the ability to store and click on links.

Clicks can be added in several ways. For example, we can just paste them. And they are clickable, or we can include them from the link button.

Or we can append the URL to an existing text. For example, if we select this text and we append. This URL.

This also leads to Google. This, the same behaviour applies to commons as well, for example. And the comments are displayed in the formatted way.

This would be all for today, thank you. All right, some great feedback in the chat. I'm sure those guys will love to read that when they come back from bank holiday.

So yeah, I think just to clarify, I think the changes we saw on collaborate were in pre-prod due to be in prod early May, I think was said. And then I think obviously on this one, the video for this one was in prod as well. So if you want to cheque those things out, be pre-prod for the collaborate changes right now, and then obviously prod for the Kanban changes.

But yeah, lovely to see the nice words in the chat as well. All right, so I think then on to Charles for our final demo of today.
